RECRUITMENT
RECRUITMENT is how we open the house up to Middlebury students once a semester (around end of February in Spring and Mid-October in Fall) and inviting them to become a member of the house.

It's a simple process: you must attend at least one recruitment event and sign-in (or email chromatic@middlebury.edu if you absolutely can't make it). You will then be invited to join the house. Recruitment is non-binding, so you can decide whether you like us or not after coming! (though we're pretty sure you will...)
If it sounds like a fraternity/sorority... it's not. We DO have a lot of fun, host parties throughout the year, do community engagement, and go through an "education" period for new members one week after recruitment.
Otherwise, we're pretty chill and wholesome.
Everyone is welcome to come to our open house recruitment events Feb 27-Mar 1st 2018. However, you must be a second semester freshman --> final semester senior to officially join (aka new Febs must join next fall!).

Can't even doodle? Who cares. Come to the first open house event for "mocktail" Sip & Paint. It's low-key and all materials provided. Everyone is welcome and come anytime during the event.
